Poor Salesmanship I live almost 6 hours away from Boucher Hyundai and did my dealings over the phone and through email with Luke and Henry. I made it clear to Henry tha I live almost 6 hours away from Boucher Hyundai and did my dealings over the phone and through email with Luke and Henry. I made it clear to Henry that I was pressed for time since I have close to 12 hours of driving round trip, he assured me that all the paperwork would be done and ready to sign when I arrived, which it was not! I was there for 2 hours before I left. Henry kept telling me just a few minutes, just a few more minutes. Honesty goes along way with me! The two finance guys that helped me out were great guys and honest. I would never buy a vehicle from Henry again!!!!! More

The serviceman told me everything looked gre Went in for an oil change, alignment because I just had new tires put on, cabin filter and engine filter. The serviceman told me everything looked great with the alignment (could tell they were new tires and that’s why I had asked for one), and said I didn’t need an engine filter even though my old dealership in Chicago said I did. So I went in thinking I was going to have a $200 bill but came out around $84. Win win. I appreciated the free hot beverages and snacks in the waiting area. My daughter very much appreciated the playhouse. I will be bringing my business back here. More
