No heat Told them the issue. They found the problem and informed me on what they were going to do. Was told of another issue, yet they did not fix it until Told them the issue. Mixup with scheduling I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received by the service department. I had made an appointment online but I must not have done it correc I was very satisfied with the treatment that I received by the service department. I had made an appointment online but I must not have done it correctly because they had no record of my appointment. They were very accommodating and managed to service my vehicle anyway. I did not even notice a delay in the service because they the service was done in a very reasonable amount of time. PLUS, how can you go wrong with a free car wash? More
