Our Sales Representative, Darlene Larsen was zero pressure. She gave us their best bottom line price and then two days later after we looked at Mazda, Ford, Chevy and Buick small SUV's similar to the Hyundai Kona, she honored the fantastic deal she was able to get for us. No one could come close to the offer Boucher was able to give us. 1+ week to replace a key?!!! I lost my car keys. Due to push button technology I was forced to tow my car 40 miles away from my home to get a new key reprogrammed. Well that didn’ I lost my car keys. Due to push button technology I was forced to tow my car 40 miles away from my home to get a new key reprogrammed. Well that didn’t work. Nothing was wrong with my car starting. All I needed was and expensive key and having been in wholesale parts the price is tripled. I’m without a ride and have walked back and forth to work for over a week now! I’ve been mistreated due to having an ignition interlock on my car. If I didn’t have one! They would have provided me a way back and forth to work instead of walking in this weather! I can afford a daily meal much less Uber. There’s something too by the business books about my situation that no one cares to listen to at that dealership! No one asked or cared! Do you need a meal? I’m just told you and your car even though we can’t figure out what is wrong with a 2013 limited edition, are a burden on our profit. My dads dying my children are starving, I have no extra money........😭 More
