Top Notch Dealership Alex was a great sales person to work with. I contacted Boucher via phone, explained what I needed, the short time I had to accomplish and that I wan Alex was a great sales person to work with. I contacted Boucher via phone, explained what I needed, the short time I had to accomplish and that I wanted price quote for best deal before hitting the road to drive to a dealership. I had already lost the weekend messing with an IL dealership that was very unprofessional and was using "bait & switch" tactics. Since I had already spent Saturday afternoon at an IL dealership, I had already test driven the models I was interested in and narrowed it down to 2 different models. Alex was amazing as was his boss (I think Ryan--not sure)!!!! Finance manager got a little intense (actually, more like irritated) when I didn't want to purchase all the extra coverages he was trying to sell me. My parents purchased a new 2016 GMC Canyon from Boucher GMC/Chevrolet also located in Waukesha. This was the same finance manager they dealt with in 2016 and they told me he behaved the same way last year when they also declined all the extra coverages. No comment to quality of work (below) as I have no experience with this here. More

I initially planned on buying a used car, but found a 2016 demo that had not been privately titled on the lot. Lucky me! The staff at Boucher was professional, reasonable, and made the entire experience of buying a car a positive one for me. Please know that this was not the first dealership I had stopped at that day, but it was the first one I stopped at where I felt like the salesman knew what he was talking about and was trying to meet my automotive needs. Everything about this experience was positive, and I look forward to many years of relaible transportation from my 2016 Sonata. More
