This was my best experience ever at a dealership! I was previously a loyal Subaru customer. While on the market for a new vehicle, I decided to do some research on Hyundai even though I was certain that I would purchase another Subaru. I did a lot of online research before requesting a quote. I was impressed with the dealership service online and therefore visited the dealership. I have purchased 5 vehicles in my lifetime and can honestly say that this was (by far) my best experience at a dealership! "Knock your socks off" deal My wife and I started shopping for a new or used vehicle about one month ago. I researched the Sante Fe and found it to have better safety, reliabilit My wife and I started shopping for a new or used vehicle about one month ago. I researched the Sante Fe and found it to have better safety, reliability and warranty reviews than most other vehicles on the market. Our initial visit to Boucher Hyundai Waukesha was to test drive a few different vehicles. We settled on the Sante Fe Sport. We worked with Brad Siewert to get the information needed. Our second visit was earlier this week. We decided to geat serious about a purchase so sales manager Nick told us he would make us a deal that would knock our socks off. Long story short is that we negotiated a price and terms that met our needs. We haven't had the vehicle long enough to make a fair assessment yet but I'm expecting that we will love it for a very long time. Brad did an outstanding job providing all of the information we needed without pressuring us in any way. Nick held up his end of the bargain by getting us the price that we had in mind. Win-Win!! More
