Coming to Boucher Hyundai was one of our best decisions. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt like family. Xander was our sales person, and he did more then an excellent job. He was never pushy, and worked hard to get us prices and options that fit into our budget. He spent a lot of time explaining the vehicles and all the options they had (which was important to us, being our first time purchasing from Hyundai). Financing went by really quick and smooth as well. When we came back to pick up our vehicle, Nick (the sales manager) even offered us to join in on their lunch. The whole experience at Boucher Hyundai was very smooth and relaxed. It was so great that not only did we purchase a new vehicle to replace our totaled one, but we traded in our other car to purchase a second new vehicle! Michael listened to what I needed and was very understanding and accommodating when I was picky about the cars that were in my budget. He also showed me cars solidly within my budget whereas the previous dealerships showed me several that pushed it or went over! It shows a real attention to customer service, in my opinion, to push away that chance of a higher sale I've been a part of three previous car buying experiences and this was the first time I felt like a person to the whole dealership rather than a sale opportunity.
