They’re ok for the normal maintenance, but I have been disappointed in their timeliness for returning calls. We took our 2023 Elantra in for it's first oil change. This was the closest dealership at 49 minutes away. Once our vehicle was returned and I arrived home, it smelled of burning and leaked oil all over u This was the closest dealership at 49 minutes away. Once our vehicle was returned and I arrived home, it smelled of burning and leaked oil all over under the hood and the garage. I called and drove the 49 minutes back the same weekend and were told the mechanic did not secure the bolt in place correctly and the seal around the filter was loose and it was fixed and cleaned up. Oil was still pooled under the hood and when asked to clean it so the vehicle was in the same condition as we brought it in, the person got an attitude. Terrible first experience for something so simple. More
