I had the absolute worst experience here! ! I had to deal with 3 different people before getting a straight answer about my problem and even then the info I got was vague. Alex’s communication ! I had to deal with 3 different people before getting a straight answer about my problem and even then the info I got was vague. Alex’s communication was awful. I had to harass him to get any answers. He wasn’t forthcoming that the oil burning was a known problem and Hyundai had a whole campaign for it. Trying to get answers I called the manager who never called me back either. Then they handed me off to someone else who had no idea I was in the middle of an oil consumption process and her boss just wanted to get me in to close out the recall issue. It was a 6 month ordeal of xxxx. I tell everyone I can to not go here because their customer service is atrocious. More

Minimal interaction. Pointed me to the counter to pick up my key fob was asked to sign and no one went over “all ok or you n so many miles you’ll have to look at xyz”. The car wash was a negative as I had to go to the car wash to remove the dry watermarks from the vehicle. More

Overall, I have seen manor improvements over the years with Hyundai Boucher. I didn’t feel any type of pressure to make any decision. They clearly displayed the options and a fair deal was done.
