He was able to get me a rental car to use with no additional cost, and get my car in first thing the following Monday. These types of problems are almost impossible to diagnose if the problem is not occurring when the vehicle is being tested. That was the case here. The technician proactively made a programming change that might help. Only time will tell. We had the tires rotated and the vehicle was inspected. I appreciated the fact that report noted the tires tread depth and the condition of the brake pads. I feel confident that the work performed was done in a professional manor that the vehicle is in good condition. More

Over the years I've had my Sonata in for various repairs (axle replacement, timing chain cover gasket, airbag pre-tensioners), along with warranty wor Over the years I've had my Sonata in for various repairs (axle replacement, timing chain cover gasket, airbag pre-tensioners), along with warranty work, as well as recalls on airbag switches - the seats even had to be shipped to California for recalibration. While not thrilled facing the issues, each time I've dealt with Randy and it's been a great experience. I like that he's been there a long time and knows his stuff. He's been straightforward in addressing the repair and in what he promises on timelines. He's gone the extra mile on warranty coverage and issues like the airbags on a recall a second time. People make the difference, and Randy would be a reason I would continue to come back and consider your dealership when it comes to looking for a car. Too bad he can't have a dual role of also selling cars. Hats off to Randy, and much appreciation for what he does. Thanks again for helping to keep my 12 year old Sonata on the road. Wary of service described. I suppose my transmission issue became a little complicated, but the communication sucked, and i was left thinking not everything was on the up n up. I'll never know if they do good work because i elected to have a smaller, more "communicative" shop do the job for me. And because of my choice, i won't be telling anyone NOT to go to Bouche, but i also won't be doing any awesome advertising for them either. More

“Good will gesture” I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of serv I had been calling for months about my paint bubbling and cracking. After many calls unanswered, I decided to contact corporate about the lack of service I was receiving. After corporate contacted the dealership that’s when I finally received some kind of service. I was told to bring my vehicle in so they could fix the door. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I was greeted with zero respect or compassion. The manager didn’t even acknowledge the lack of communication and seemed like they weren’t even going to fix my door until I pushed and pushed. He finally said it was a “good will gesture” on their part to fix it. He also, gave a poor excuse as to why when I would call to get an oil change, a free service, they would be backed up 2 months which would result in me taking it someplace else to be serviced. After discussing all of my issues, he gave me a rental and the next day I got a call asking me to bring in my vehicle which was already there. Then two days later I received another one. Two weeks later the door was fixed and I was finally able to pick up my car. When I arrived they didn’t even know where it was located. I was so frustrated with the whole experience that when I finally got my car I left as soon as possible. Upon getting home I noticed that they had sprayed paint on my window which I now have to scrub off. It’s very obvious they don’t know how to communicate effectively with each other or their customers unless they are making a sale. I will never purchase another vehicle from this company again. More
