My appointment at Boucher was a complete waste of time! I booked for an oil change, tire rotation and anti-theft upgrade and was told it would be about a 2 hour wait. The two hour window passed and the advisor approaches me in the waiting area and I'm assuming my car is all finished but they inform me it hasn't even been brought back yet and that she could not give me an estimate for how long I would have to wait. Because I had other plans for the day and did not have anyone to pick me up, I was forced to leave with my car no different than when I left it, so I essentially sat around for two hours for my car to sit there. Completely unacceptable and I will not be returning as they could not give me a reason why my car was never taken back for service! More
