Service center lacks Communication with customers , Service center lacks Communication with customers , Assuming you have the car till the end of the day I would think you would inform the customer of Service center lacks Communication with customers , Assuming you have the car till the end of the day I would think you would inform the customer of what would need to be done with the vehicle before the end of the day. And when the customer stops in at 1:45 and inquiries about the vehicle and is told the service person is at lunch till 3, and when called to check on car at 1:15and was told he's at lunch well to say the least until I walked out to the service department at 3:30 and seen the service person and asked about the car he said oh I have it till the end of the day,and I said yes but I had a 9:00 am appointment and was told that being you have it till the end of day it didn't go in at 9 it went in later than WHY DID I HAVE TO SET UP A APPOINTMENT 2 WEEKS EARLIER TO GET IN FOR THE TIME REQUIRED TO DO WORK ON CAR.????????? More
