Mike was great! From the moment I walked in Mike made it clear that he was there to sell me anything out of my budget. In fact, he started my getting an estimate for my trade to see if there was any value t clear that he was there to sell me anything out of my budget. Once that was figured he got to know what I was looking for and started to show me options that were only within my price range. If there was a car that I wanted to look at that was out of my price range he made it very clear to me that it was too much. He never tried to sell me anything but what I wanted. I walked into the dealership with the idea of possibly getting a new car and within one hour decided that I was going to get a new car. Mike and his whole team were great. They walked me through every step and made sure that I knew about everything before I signed anything. They even joked around! Once everything was signed Mike sat with me in the car and explained everything to me and even set up my Bluetooth. He made sure that when I drove away that I had a complete understanding of my new car. Mike has called since then to make sure that everything is still going good and if I had any questions on anything that I should give him a call. George (Sales) was professional right from the start, I even was forwarded to his cell phone on his day off and answered all my questions sitting at his mothers home two hours away from his office.
