Lenny worked with both Mary and me to find the 2021 Rouge that we we we were looking for. He found one and had ordered to be brought to Waukesha. It was sold before he was able to get it. The worst car buying experience I have ever had. I do not trust Wolfgang or the sales staff. I made one deal with them in December of 2020. He and Matt tried pulling all sorts of shenanigans. Eventually we g trust Wolfgang or the sales staff. I made one deal with them in December of 2020. He and Matt tried pulling all sorts of shenanigans. Eventually we got a deal done but only after walking out and not standing for that treatment. Fast forward 14 months. I make a deal on a used car at 400 over text from Wolfgang and Matt. I am told to be there by 6 to finish up the paperwork. I already had financing ready. I show up on time and they go through the motions only to tell me that the car, which I am literally staring at on the lot and had a deal on had already been sold. Wolfgang could have cared less. No explanation. No effort to appease me or make things better. Obviously I was quite upset- and understandably so. Cole from finance was less than pleasant as well as he had to chime in to the conversation he was overhearing. The entire situation stunk and didn’t add up. I was played and they could’ve cared less about me. It’s all about the deal. Skip this dealership. I have nothing good to say about the car buying experience here. Customer service is not number one. I made another deal at a nearby dealer a short time later and told them about the experience at Boucher. All I can say is that they didn’t have nice things to say about how they operate. I will not return here even for service and I live two miles away and own two Nissans. Wolfgang is to be avoided at all costs. Do not trust him! You’ve been warned. More
