Came in for an oil change, and as predicted, a half-hour into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. It is quite a joke now, from the Jiffy Lubes to the dealer into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. It is quite a joke now, from the Jiffy Lubes to the dealers they all have this upsell routine. Years back they would only suggest one thing you needed, now it is two. They take their chances on you picking one of the two (both of which are about the same price). I wouldn't they have a post-day meeting to reward the rep that sold the most non-essential services for the day. More

The service staff was excellent, as always. The service was timely and done well. They even solved a problem for me. They forgot to rotate my tires even though it was scheduled in my service. It was also written down on the drop box envelope when I dropped my car off the night before.
