Came in for an oil change, and as predicted, a half-hour into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. It is quite a joke now, from the Jiffy Lubes to the dealer into it the reps comes out to upsell me on something my 3 year old car desperately needs. They take their chances on you picking one of the two (both of which are about the same price). I wouldn't they have a post-day meeting to reward the rep that sold the most non-essential services for the day. More

The service staff was excellent, as always. The service was timely and done well. They even solved a problem for me.
