The service manager was timely and helpful in his communications with me. In that regard, my experience was very good. However, the need for full brake replacements ~30k miles (or only 20k miles this communications with me. In that regard, my experience was very good. However, the need for full brake replacements ~30k miles (or only 20k miles this time) begs serious question of the quality of service being provided. The service manager supposedly put his best guy on it this time, but I would expect that brakes - a routine maintenance item - shouldn't need the "best guy" in order to get a reasonable amount of miles. Spending a lot of unnecessary $. While it could be a factor, driving habits on my end are not enough to drive this issue. More
