I waited for about 3 hours and had no update on my vehicle in the first 2 hours. Issue was not resolved while there. Pricing is always a shock. Also reports not consistent from visit to visit. While making the appointment I requested a loaner and was denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to wo denied even tho the insurance would pay for it. Sat in the waiting room from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting for the “shuttle” driver to arrive to take me to work. I was supposed to start at 7:00am. I then made arrangements to be picked up at 3:30pm. It was not until 4:42 when the shuttle finally arrived. Again, apparently he was sent to retrieve a part instead of picking me up. I was never contacted to confirm that I was ready at 3:30 or even a courtesy call to say ,hey our driver is tied up for a minute. I could have stayed punched in at work to make up for the hour I missed in the morning. More
I appreciate the dedication of customer service delivered by the service manager ( chris ) under trying and difficult problem solving concerning my 2019 rogue and phone use through the blue system of my car. by the service manager ( chris ) under trying and difficult problem solving concerning my 2019 rogue and phone use through the blue system of my car. Chris and Brandon (service consultant) did not give up during 2 plus days of problematic situations and succeeded in solving the problem which earned my deepest respect and appreciation. I have a 2014 and a 2019 Nissan rogue and again know that it is not just the vehicle alone but the support from customer service that makes a customer return for future purchases. Thanks again for Chris's leadership and involvement and Brandon's excellent customer service. More

Typically all good. 2 hours for an oil change and rotation is far too long. I would have rather had my appointment scheduled at a later date than being squeezed in to fill a schedule.
