I chose Boulder Dodge not because of the dealership, but because they had a specific used vehicle on hand that I was interested in. The sales & finance staff were extremely friendly and didn’t push the hard because they had a specific used vehicle on hand that I was interested in. That being said, I left there with a bad taste in my mouth because they refused to put any fuel in the vehicle I purchased. I am used to that being a common courtesy on vehicle purchases in the past. So, I left there with a quarter tank and headed straight to a gas station. I know gas is high right now, but they made plenty of money on that deal to allow them to be a little bit generous. I wasn’t looking for a full tank, but to out & out refuse anything seemed extreme to me. I won’t be a return customer and they’ll get no recommendations from me. More

Had oil changed, inspection report said front brake pads were worn when they were basically brand new. Front brake pads were NOT worn.
