Overall average service while buying a car Even that I personally have a great experience and service while buying my car thanks to Jessica. I'm not very happy at the end of the process. In the past when I had have buying a car from a big dealership like Honda, at the moment they give me my "new" purchase I received my vehicle with a full tank of gas, as well as they did reimburse me for the state inspection which neither of those two simple things happen with Bourne's. When I revived my new purchase it was half tank and they told me that they will NOT pay for the state inspection, which doesn't make any sense for me. So, I was not happy with how they handle those simple small details that mean a lot for someone like me that I have never buy a car from them before. On the other hand, I needed to drop my "new" purchase the next day because a noise needed to be fix (same noise I noticed the day I did the drive testing, 2 days before the final purchase) even when they told me that the noise it was already fix before my final visit and the car was ready for me if I decided to buy it. I just hope doesn't take to long for them to fix it. More
