I finally decided on a 2012 Ford Explorer and we love it! Not only was it a very reasonable price for the car... But everyone from Russ Burnham, David Pear and the finance manager made it so easy to get the deal done. Amazing Dealership! I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle an I live in Wells, Maine and I found Bourne's Auto Center on line while searching for a Hummer H3. I contacted the dealership for info on the vehicle and was surprised to receive a text message after hours the same evening. I drove down to MA the next day to look at the vehicle. When I got there it was nice because we had a chance to look over the vehicle without being hounded by a sales person. Once we decided to go in and speak to someone we met sales person, John Benner who was fantastic! I had a couple of concerns about the vehicle and John made sure everything was taken care of immediately. I requested a new windshield be installed prior to the purchase. After picking up the Hummer I had some concern that the windshield may not have been sealed properly. The dealership Manager, Shawn Saunders, worked with me to have the Hummer checked out near my home so that I would not have to drive back down to MA and the issue has been resolved and covered by the warranty. I would definitely not hesitate to purchase a vehicle there again. Great Job Bourne's Auto Center! More
