They stood behind their product I purchased a car from them back in November of 2012 , it ran OK until July 2013, then I had problems w/ it. after being fixed on the extended warran I purchased a car from them back in November of 2012 , it ran OK until July 2013, then I had problems w/ it. after being fixed on the extended warranty ( Those are lifesavers!!!) , it ran OK until January 2013. The same problem came back. I took it back to Bourne and while they had it I did some research on the internet. Little did I know , or Bourne for that matter, that this car make & model should have had a recall. Since the replacement unit was a rebuilt from the manufacture, they sent it back to one of their dealers to fix it under it's warranty. Bourne did a great job dealing with the manufacture's dealer! When they gave it back to Bourne it wasn't running properly, Bourne sent it back & insisted it got taken care of. The M. D. ended up replacing the unit again because the one they put in failed ! Once I got the car back ( 2+ months later) I didn't want this headache of a car any more , Bourne took it back as a trade in & got me into a 2012 Rav4 , which is more reliable , gets better gas millage and I don't have to replace major parts that fail at an awful rate. Kudos to Mike Clark for dealing w/ the M.Dealer and all the headaches that went w/ the old car. Kudos to Shawn Weir & Carlos Machado for getting me out of a bad car and into something much more reliable. And thanks to God that I didn't wind up stuck with a car sitting in my driveway that won't run & I'm stuck making payments like some people I read about online. Manufactures take note: if you make a product and it has issues, stand behind it ! I will never buy another one of those again & everyone I told my story to will think twice. Bourne didn't have to take my car back as a trade in, but they did. If your looking for a good used car, check them out ! I did well by them & I think you will too. More

The dealership was very easy to deal with. I hate the price haggling part of car buying and, since the prices are set, there's none of that so it made for an enjoyable experience. My husband found Bourne Auto Center online and we drove by to see their inventory. They had the BEST of any dealership we had previously gone to. Shawn Weir was our sales associate and he was truly refreshing. He was professional and courteous without being overbearing and in our faces to make a sale. He was patient and understanding when we left and needed time to think. We immediately came back the next day and bought the Jeep. We will definitely return for future cars to Bourne Auto Center. Thanks to Shawn and the finance dept. our experience was OUTSTANDING! More

Great experience. Very simple and straightforward. They don't haggle on price, which can be good or bad. In my case it was fine as the price for the car, based on my research, was already below the KBB val don't haggle on price, which can be good or bad. John was very easy to work with and answered my questions quickly and competently. Carlos was very easy to work with as well. Overall a great experience. Best Service from a Dealership I purchased a 2010 Charger from John Benner. Our first initial meeting was only over the phone. I told him what I was looking at, payments I was trying to stay around. He listened to my exact needs and started working on the numbers for me right away. Within an hour I received a call back from him with news that he was able to get meet my criteria. I was able get all my paperwork and test drive the car within a reasonable time. Due to my very hectic work schedule my availability was very limited. But John went out of his way to make sure that all my questions and concerns were answered. Went so far as to give me his personal cell phone number should i have any questions. Andy in finance had all my paperwork ready to go when I walked in and also answered my questions. Being in sales my self its great to know that I was able to go to a place that did not give me the run around or the old let me talk to my sales manager routine. In and out with a great car for a great price. I would highly recommend Bournes Auto for your car purchase. Great people to work with. More

He handed me a dealers plate and a handful of keys. After coming back 3 times and test driving 15 cars, I found the car of my dreams. 2008 BMW x5. John let me test drive the car the day they bought it, before they serviced it. They serviced the SUV, sent me the service records. Then they personal drove the SUV to my Mechanic in Malden, 45 minute drive, and left it for 24 hrs to be checked out. The best thing about this dealership is I never felt pressured to buy a car and they literally went the extra mile to satisfy me. They were able to get me the lowest interest rate possible, lower than I could have got. In regards to my trade in, they came to my house and picked up my trade for me as I was unable to drive it. They have me exactly what I requested for my trade, there was no back and arguing and I wasn't low balled. In the beginning I was tentative because of their fix pricing model. But after reviewing the Kelly Blue Book Value and NADA value, I realized that my BMW was priced 3,800 below book value. It was also cheaper than any 2008 BMW X5 within 100 miles. Overall, I have never been more satisfied with a car dealership in my life. John was great at helping me find what I want and Andrew was amazing at getting the lowest interest rate possible. More
