He has used Bournival for over 2 years and never had a single complaint. I figured it was time I gave Bournival service a visit. Called and Mike was very professional on the phone. He had me scheduled a couple days later, which was quite surprising since I usually have to wait about 2 weeks with my usual dealer. On the morning of the appointment I showed up and Bruce greeted me. I mentioned to him the issues I was having and informed him I would be waiting for the Jeep. He took a quick look in the service bays and said they would take a look at the Jeep shortly. I had expected to be waiting for most of the day; however, by 10:30 the Jeep was ready to roll. They could have held the Jeep longer and I probably wouldn't have noticed. The dealership wants customers to feel welcomed. Their waiting area has some comfy leather sofas, massage chairs and complimentary popcorn and drinks. Plus the Jeep displays are delightful. I've been to most of the central and Southern NH Jeep dealerships and not one displays a Jeep the way Bournival does. Overall this was a great experience and I will definitely return for future warranty and general maintenance work. When it comes time to upgrade my Jeep Bournival may get first dibs. More

I found this dealership online and had never been before but this was my only choice as I felt unsafe driving my jeep. I pulled in and encountered Bruce who welcomed me and asked what he could do. He listened as I tried to describe what was going on. He then jumped in and we took it for a ride and in a second he knew it was a wheel bearing. I left it with him and he updated me with all the information of what was happening and also rushed to get it done before he left for the day as I did not live local. My car sounds amazing and he turned a very stressful situation into an easy fix. Thank you Bruce and Bournival service team!!!! More

Appalling customer service On 25th July, I attempted to book my 2015 Grand Cherokee in following a 'recall'. Spoke to someone at the dealership who said they could do it on Mon On 25th July, I attempted to book my 2015 Grand Cherokee in following a 'recall'. Spoke to someone at the dealership who said they could do it on Monday 3rd August, and that someone from the service department would call me to finalise details. Received an automated e mail from Phil Walter to say that someone would contact me within 30 minutes (of office opening hours). Nothing. On 29th July I e mailed Phil to advise I hadn't been contacted. He responded with apologies, and said he would make sure I was contacted. Nothing. I sent a further e mail on 30th July, this time copying in Alissa Bournival, the President. As of 10.34a.m on 1st August I am still waiting for that call, and have no idea whether I have an appointment with my car on Monday 3rd August. Very poor customer service. I will find another dealership to look after my vehicle. More

I can't believe I actually found a dealership I like! So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery So I've had five big touch points with this dealership so far; Sales to determine the right vehicle and price, Sales to purchase the vehicle, Delivery receipt of vehicle (I had my Jeep built to order), Parts to order half doors, and Service to have the doors assembled and installed. I was truly blown away at how every experience, with four different departments, was way above any car dealership experience I had. Maybe this is just a Jeep thing and I've just discovered it but these guys are awesome. Service was unbelievably good. More

We found out Friday morning that we could not use our after market trailer break controller in our new truck and needed one installed by a dealership that day. We called around all over the state of NH and no one could fit us in before the holiday weekend until we went to see Mike at Bournival. He told us to buy the module from one of the other dealerships that had it in stock and he would install it that day. He saved our holiday camping trip! I was quite unprepared to wait in a dealership with my toddler, but Bournival's waiting area has a children's area, free water, and popcorn. My daughter was also told by one of the service people that she could play in the inflatable pool and play with any of the decorations they had out. This made waiting a lot easier with a busy toddler. Thank you Bournival. You guys rock! More
