Everytime I have gone to Bowditch Ford, I have worked with Al. He is so kind, helpful, personable, and professional. He offered me tire choices and explained each option when I needed to get my tires c with Al. He is so kind, helpful, personable, and professional. He offered me tire choices and explained each option when I needed to get my tires changed. He also kept me updated on the progress while my tires were getting changed. My experience with this dealership has not been pleasant. It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troub It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troubleshooting and misdiagnosis, miscommunication , lack of communication, countless calls to management, close to 2 weeks of vehicle in the shop, the issue is finally resolved (I believe), Although, there are missing trim clips and a damaged kick panel. I’ve attempted to address these with the dealership but the service advisor won’t return my call after 2 weeks. I’m not a fan. More
