Totally unsatisfactory and disappointed in the works service I received last Thursday April 16 at your dealership. This is Sunday morning and I was getting ready to take a long trip to visit my son in service I received last Thursday April 16 at your dealership. This is Sunday morning and I was getting ready to take a long trip to visit my son in North Carolina. I decided to check my oil for the first time since having the oil changed at your service department. I was totally stunned to find that the oil level the was extremely overfilled to the point of being more that double the normal level and also appeared that possibly was just never drained and 6 quarts of oil were added and/or never had the oil filer change done either since the oil appears more dirty than normal for a new oil change. I will be contacting your service department immediately Monday morning and expecting someone to arrive at my location Monday AM to take note of the situation and resolve this issue ASAP. If there is any damage to my vehicle as a result of the overfilling of the oil level I will expect it to be resolved at no cost to myself. This has caused me to cancel my trip as well which is also very unfortunate. I will be reaching out to Ford to file a formal complaint if I do not hear for someone immediately Monday for a quick resolution. More

I don't know what is happped but in the last several years the service response has somewhat changed for the worse! It has been difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment or just years the service response has somewhat changed for the worse! It has been difficult to get someone on the phone to schedule an appointment or just ask a question these days. I also don't get service reminders any more like I once did. However , I do feel they still do good work. But I really don't like the difficulty I have sometimes speaking to a person if needed. More
