I took my car in for a recall, I left my car there overnight, was called yo pick up my car, took it in for inspection, come to find out the third back brake light was out, it was working when I took i overnight, was called yo pick up my car, took it in for inspection, come to find out the third back brake light was out, it was working when I took it there, I don’t have money, I had to go buy the kit, now I have to find somebody to put it in, don’t have money for that, I was so disappointed!!! The best thing about Al is that he communicates with you to let you know what's gonna happen and that is very important to me because other dealerships have left me hanging with no communication and I just to let you know what's gonna happen and that is very important to me because other dealerships have left me hanging with no communication and I just took a Uber home. With Al, I can always make plans ahead of time. I've used other dealerships before and Al is by far the best. More

We got a oil change and they left the oil cap on top of the radiator. Luckily I found it soon after the service was done. They probably would of charged me for a new one. There quality is falling short b the radiator. Luckily I found it soon after the service was done. They probably would of charged me for a new one. There quality is falling short but there prices are going through the roof. I am having a hard time with servicing the vehicle there in the future. And Ford itself is not helping the problem. More
