My experience with this dealership has not been pleasant. It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troub It started when I bought my truck 5 years ago with a very unpleasant delivery experience through the latest service. After over two months of troubleshooting and misdiagnosis, miscommunication , lack of communication, countless calls to management, close to 2 weeks of vehicle in the shop, the issue is finally resolved (I believe), Although, there are missing trim clips and a damaged kick panel. I’ve attempted to address these with the dealership but the service advisor won’t return my call after 2 weeks. I’m not a fan. More
