They listen to you when you have an unusual issue. My AC would stop working when I was sitting in traffic or at a traffic light longer than a minute. But it worked fine it my car was moving. I tried to renew my warranty in July on my 2018 Ecosport. The finance guy was out. Thd service manager, Al Cusano told me to call the 800 number.
