Under staffed 2 issues. I have a noise in either the front half shafts or driveshaft that I wanted investigated. Dealership rep called me and stated that they would 2 issues. I have a noise in either the front half shafts or driveshaft that I wanted investigated. Dealership rep called me and stated that they wouldn't have a tech available to look at that issue for 3 weeks. So I couldn't complete that part of my service. Also, oil change and tire rotation took about 2 hours, much longer than in previous service appointments. Ron Mervyn explained why there was a delay and did apologize for the inconvenience. And, Ray Shaffer was very helpful in answering my questions. More
