A co-worker gave me Luis' number from Bozard Ford and told me to check with him. He told me that he bought his last truck from Luis and that he was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Since I live about an hour away from St. Augustine, Bozard was not my first choice initially, but I am so glad that I decided to give them a try. Luis listed to what I was looking for and helped me to find the perfect truck. He did not try to push me to get anything that I didn't want or need and he didn't blow up my phone trying to make a sale like literally ALL of the other dealerships that I had already been speaking with. He offered me a reasonable and fair price on my trade-ins and made sure I got the best price possible on my new truck. The other employees that I interacted with at Bozard were top notch as well. Quick , easy and stress free My wife reached out to Ryan on Facebook regarding us looking for a suv but were upside down on the loan to car value. Rick then surprised us with having the gap insurance , ford premier maintenance plan and extended warranty for six years in the final price .
