Very satisfied with service department. I drove nearly 2 hrs from Lake City to St Augustine because of my brother in laws recomindation of Bozards service department. Once there Alex the ser I drove nearly 2 hrs from Lake City to St Augustine because of my brother in laws recomindation of Bozards service department. Once there Alex the service writer took care of everything from scheduling my appointment to making arrangements for my rental car. He was prompt on updating the progress of work performed on my transmission. He communicated with my warranty company and saw to it they covered all of the issues they found with my truck. I would recommend Bozard service to any of my family or friends for their vehicle maintenance. More

Finance nightmare Bad finance deal, did not like bank, rate or pay plan. Mac added extra fees that were not approved. Feel like I was taken advantage of & swindled. Had Bad finance deal, did not like bank, rate or pay plan. Mac added extra fees that were not approved. Feel like I was taken advantage of & swindled. Had to refinance at my own personal bank to get better rate & payment plan. Plus dealer had to rewrite contract excluding the extra charges. Terrible! More

Excellent Buying Experience As we got out of our vehicle at Bozard Ford, we were met by a very nice, polite young man, Seth Evans. We explained that we were looking for a new F3 As we got out of our vehicle at Bozard Ford, we were met by a very nice, polite young man, Seth Evans. We explained that we were looking for a new F350. Seth stated they had many to choose from and off to the F350 vehicles we went in the golf cart. We looked at several and Seth obligingly got the keys for us to test drive one we had choosen. Seth explained all the features to us during the test drive and got us an answer immediately upon return to a question he couldn't answer. We liked the vehicle and we sat down to talk $$$. After bartering back and forth and meeting the sales manager, Adam, we came to an agreement and picked up our new F350 the next day. Again, Seth met us and went over the new vehicle fetures with us and did a sync of our cell phones to the Ford Sync System. It was a very pleasant buying experience and would recommend Seth Evans and Bozard Ford! More
