Airbag recall Estimate was 1/2 day service, planned to stay til completed. Upon arrival, was told would be full day service but shuttle was available. Incompetent Bozard had to replace the A/C evaporator on my 2017 Mustang GT under warranty. I got it back and it had a rattle in the dash that they had to disas Bozard had to replace the A/C evaporator on my 2017 Mustang GT under warranty. I got it back and it had a rattle in the dash that they had to disassemble to replace the evaporator. Also had oily Freon residue on the inside of the windshield. I brought it in to have the rattle fixed and a malfunction with the outside air temperature and to have the windshield thoroughly cleaned. After a week they asked me to come in and drive it with a QC guy because they were having a problem identifying the rattle. The QC guy heard the rattle as soon as we pulled out of the parking lot. The next day I picked up the car supposedly fixed and ready to go. The rattle was back after a few days although more intermittent, the windshield was not cleaned and the malfunction of the outside temperature was still there even after they said it was fixed. The car was in their possession for 8 days and nothing really accomplished. The only upside was the nice 2.7 Ecoboost F150 thet gave me as a loaner. More
