I test drove a base see 2017 Ford edge and purchased a loaded sel model of same car. however after driving it home realized the radio was not the same I test drove a base see 2017 Ford edge and purchased a loaded sel model of same car. however after driving it home realized the radio was not the same in both cars. when I went back to the dealership... instead of them giving me a hard time or having me pay to add a different radio to the car I purchased(Which is what I offered to do), they put me into another new car instead! With the radio I wanted.... no change in dollars and no hard time.!!! I had no clue they would offer this option!!! Talk about customer service! We have bought several cars from Bozard Ford and this is the reason why! Andre "Cowboy" Banchi was excellent with both my trade in and new car purchase. I left with a 2017 Ford Edge Titanium that is both amazing and beautiful! And yes the Sony radio system makes my drive that much better.... More

I reached out and got Andy Harris who was helpful on the phone and took a deposit so the car could be held for me to drive down to St. Augustine. On arrival, the car was pulled out front, detailed and ready to go. The car's asking price was reasonable, but not aggressive, there was little room for negotiation. Also, the dealer added on $700 in dealer "fees." As a result, the final price was good based on objective pricing services, but not spectacular. Bottom line was a good car at a fair price with good customer service. Appreciated the overall experience working with the dealership. More

We drove 2 hours to get to Bozard, the truck was ready for a test drive. I HATE buying vehicles there is always a game that salesman play.... but not at Bozard. Zac was awesome. Smoothest buying experience ever. And Zac took the time to go over everything in the truck, when we left my phone was set up, I understood how to work the navigation system, and all the other goodies the truck came with .
