From my initial contact to me dropping off my car was seamless. The representative scheduled a drop off time for me and gave me an approximate date to repair. I showed up the next morning and met with Marcia Nelson. She was absolutely amazing. Marcia was quick to help me and explained to me everything involving my warranty claim as well as set me up with a rental. She was smiling the whole time and was genuine overall in wanting to assist me. I received a call on Wednesday that my car would most likely be ready by end of day Thursday, which happened to be well ahead of when they told me they would even be able to get it in the shop. I was blown away. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and will continue to come back in the future because of their excellent customer service. More

Although we asked for the moon in many cases, they got us as close as possible. Highly recommend this to all my friends and neighbors. I chose not to take delivery on the day of the sale because of nasty weather in the area, Ryan delivered our new Explorer to our home the next morning. We sat in the vehicle and Ryan showed us all the operation of many features to make us dangerous for now, we'll definitely be there for the technology class next month. Super Dealer! Super People! I have bought 4 Vehicles from Bozard Ford and I have had the pleasure of dealing with 4 different sales Leaders. IO don't think anyone enjoys purchasi I have bought 4 Vehicles from Bozard Ford and I have had the pleasure of dealing with 4 different sales Leaders. IO don't think anyone enjoys purchasing a new or even a used vehicle not because of the sales pitch they received or even the time involved but because of the wide selection, the extensive knowledge each of the sales representative have of all the awesome new features in the vehicles and of course when you find that perfect one (which Bozard has one for everybody) you want to get in it and drive NOW! I live 70 miles from Bozard. That's a 140 mile trip total for me in 1 day. I will purchase all my vehicles from Bozard Ford from now on. I have found no better customer service and Respect.
