Shawn Eodice also lied to me I contacted Shawn to express my problem with Ryan Shapiro not honoring my Vystar draft for used car purchase. I told him that Ryan lied to me saying I contacted Shawn to express my problem with Ryan Shapiro not honoring my Vystar draft for used car purchase. I told him that Ryan lied to me saying that the loan given to me was a exactly the same Vystar loan. Shawn also lied to me saying the loan was 100% funded by Vystar. Vystar has confirmed to me that this is Indirect Lending. While it is on Vystar's books and I can see it when I login, the loan was not funded by Vystar and Vystar cannot service the loan in any way. I have to return to the dealer to get loan servicing. So Shawn, if the loan is exactly the same as Vystar and 100% funded by Vystar, why can't they refund my extended warranty? You and Ryan are the people who give dealerships a bad reputation. By the way, when I called to get Ryan's bosses name, the lady who answered the phone did not know how to pronounce your last name! More

Jerilyn contacted me and was so accommodating to work out the details so my boyfriend and I could enjoy date night for my 40th birthday. Alia greeted me at the door when I arrived to wish me happy birthday when I came to pick up the MKZ and Tanya promptly handed me a birthday card. The dinner at Micheal's was amazing. When I returned the car the next day with my daughter, Tanya was very courteous and had had my car cleaned for me while it was at the dealership. The service I recieved from everyone was impeccable. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from Bozard! -Michelle Damon More

Poor Service Repair My service manager, Alex, is great and he is attentive, friendly, and communicates throughout the service experience; however, the actual quality of t My service manager, Alex, is great and he is attentive, friendly, and communicates throughout the service experience; however, the actual quality of the services has gone down hill. I've had 2 vehicles go into be serviced but come out damaged. Bozard made it right but a new car should not leave a service department damaged. Additionally, a non-warranted repair was not completed correctly and will need to go back...it's time out of my schedule and money from my pocket. My car buying experiences have been great and Alex is awesome but apparently their service techs are rushing and not respecting the vehicles. In fact, the tech did not disclose to Alex that he damaged my car, so now it's off to a body shop. I am very unhappy with the quality and care from their actual service department. More
