I went up there yesterday and was in the market for another new car. Every one said Bozard goes above and beyond. Guess what, THEY DO! I went in yesterday with an absurd request of a BRAND NEW SUV in my style color and price range. I asked for little to no money down. With no hesitation Alex Allison was on it like grease on a Mc Donald's fry! He crunched numbers and worked tirelessly and asked if we could come back tomorrow (today)06/23/2017. We arrived on our set scheduled time, he was on point! Make, Model, Color Options ect that I asked for. The SUV was parked next to the front door when we got there.Guess what? NO MONEY DOWN, MONTHLY PRICE EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR! He was absolutely one of the friendliest goofiest nicest guys but still professional that you would ever want to meet in the world! From the minute we walked in the door, he was nothing but absolutely the best salesman I have ever met in my entire life. He even gave me his cell phone number in case I had any questions in the middle of the night that I needed to ask. We tested that. :-) and he answered at 10:15 at night. I will suggest no matter how strapped you think you are or how bad you think your credit might be or what kind of financial situation you are in. Alex Allison and Erik Shipley will find a way to get you approved no matter what! I could go on all day about the Fantastic experience I had with absolutely everybody that works there. We had been looking for a used vehicle with low miles for several months. We have visited several dealerships and test driven several vehicles but hadn't found the right one. We came across an F150 with low miles at Bozard. It was the perfect truck for us and we were able to workout a great deal. Rick and Buddy were very friendly and knowledgeable, showed us how to use all the features on the truck, and were able to answer all of our questions. Rick helped us with our financing and was AWESOME to work with! We are very pleased with our choice to use Bozard. By far one of the best car buying experiences we have had! More

Bozard does it again! When it came time to buy another truck, I shopped around like a smart shopper but Bozard again came out on top by far! They didn't try to throw in options without asking me and the they didn't do things like add a $250 charge for cleaning and recertification of my trade in (yeah one of the dealers in JAX does that). Most important, they simply had a better price than anyone else. My sales consultant was Jena, who also sold me my last truck. I had a lot of questions about engines and options packages on the new model. Like a pro, Jena accurately answered any question I had. We drove several trucks and she really worked with me to make sure to get the exact one I wanted. Thanks for being so patient Jena!!! When it came time to sign, I was introduced to Wyll. With no undue pressure at all, Wyll walked me through the various warranties and other add ons. Even through I knew the deal, he went through it again to make sure everything was clear and all disclosures were made. After signing the pile of docs, he did the crazy folding trick those guys are known for, got it all into the envelope and I was on my way. I've had Fords all my life from dealers in TX, VA, OH, VT and FL. I really can't think of another that beats Bozard on the purchase and on the service side.
