Going above and beyond to Help the customer. We arrived on Sunday, May 21, 2017. We were greeted by our salesman "Cowboy", who had come in on his day off to assist us. We had been communicating with Cowboy throughout the week and at the last minute decided against a truck he was showing us because it was not diesel. However, after much consideration that night we again decided to go forth with the purchase and Cowboy gave up his time to meet us the next day, which was his day off. After the sale Rick Garcia went above and beyond to help us get the best financing available. He walked us through several options as well as extended warranty options that were available. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful, answering all our questions with thoroughness, and did not mind when we asked him the same things over again. He took the time to explain things with a smile and really helped us feel extremely comfortable with our purchase.
