Top-Notch Customer Service Bozard is now the new standard of how every company should interact with its customers. The experience since the beginning has been superior. To me, t Bozard is now the new standard of how every company should interact with its customers. The experience since the beginning has been superior. To me, they are the Gold Standard. After starting the search for a new car- I naturally went to my local dealer in Orlando. I found myself questioning and disenfranchised with the car buying experience they were creating- let's face it- we want it to be an experience. After all, this is an investment and we are all looking for a positive and transparent experience and transaction. Needless to say, our realistic expectations were not being met in our local area. After sharing our thoughts and disbelief with our friends who happen to be recent Bozard customers, they referred us to Lee Brewer at Bozard. Their excitement and enthusiasm for the dealership sold us. After a few short emails, we were connected with Lee. He and Tom Krell worked with us via email and phone and streamlined the entire process with ease. There were no harassing calls, no pressure tactics, and any gimmicks. Just an authentic way of doing business. Remember what I mentioned about transparency? They provided me quotes via email- they even went above and beyond and sought out as many incentives as possible that I qualified for and made sure I was getting the best deal (this was not happening locally). They even provided multiple options so we could decide what would fit our needs. Let me not forget, we were also trading in a car. After we agreed on everything, a quick phone call and a verbal handshake, the car we wanted was put aside for us for a few days until we could make the trip up there. After that call, Tanya Tomanek from Lincoln concierge was calling to set up our reservations for dinner and our stay while we were in town. A pleasant and wonderful surprise...#LincolnDateNight it became. When we arrived in town, the car was detailed, paperwork waiting for us and we were ready to go. A total no pressure environment. This is what a car buying experience should look like, at least what we all hope for. But it didn't end there… after the paperwork was completed, we were greeted by Henry Rowe...he met with us and gave us a full run down of the car. He set up our orientation guide and set up the car with all of our settings. The tutorial was great and another classic example of exemplary customer service from every angle. 8 Things we Learned from this Experience: We learned a lot of things from this experience. 1. There is an authentic way of doing business- we just have been misled due to negative past interactions. 2. Customer service is key to building a true relationship- one that can be built upon with honesty and transparency. 3. Be open to new experiences and be willing to go against the grain- not all dealerships are the same. 4. This is a family owned dealership- there is pride in it and they show that in the way they value their customers, YES, Value! 5. There is always an opportunity to go above and beyond- this is what sets others apart from the pack- Bozard is that experience everyone should be modeling. 6. Relax, car buying can and should be fun! 7. Do your research, get informed and ask questions. 8. Don't settle for convenient. We travelled 120 miles to get to Bozard- the experience they provide does not have a price tag. Final note- after driving with the same brand for 9 years (Lexus), I am happy, honored and proud to be in a Bozard Lincoln. This was more than just a transaction, this is now a relationship. We look forward to being part of the Bozard family in the years to come! Thank you for everything team! More

I had never heard of that and rather than drive it around for a few minutes..it allowed me to really test if this new car would serve my needs. I came back the next afternoon and Zach had already drafted up my necessary paperwork so I was able to get into financing with Rick quickly. Tom gave me a great deal on my trade-in so Rick was able to get me to monthly payments that work for my budget :) even with purchasing an extended warranty. I'm going back this week to get my windows tinted by their accessories department and I am sure that will be a quick/painless experience as well. I am so pleased with my experience that I'm sending my dad there to look for his next truck. More
