Service experience depends on who's working We have rarely had a problem with service at Bozard. I stopped using the Quick Lane when they missed worn brakes and worn tires on separate visits. If Alex or Crystal is there in the service department all is great. But i recently went in for an appointment when both were off. "I can't help you, I'm too busy". "I can't help you, I'm going to lunch". Others refused to meet my eyes. Needless to say, my next car won't be from Bozard. More

It doesn't get any better! I walk in for a 10 AM appointment at 8AM and drop of my Escape for "The Works" and an "Auto Butler" treatment at Noon. Pleasant vehicle buying experience. I was looking for a specific model of the Ford Explorer to replace my Buick Enclave. Of the eight or so Explorer Sports that I found between central I was looking for a specific model of the Ford Explorer to replace my Buick Enclave. Of the eight or so Explorer Sports that I found between central and north Florida, Bozard had one that fit what I was looking for. I contacted the dealership first via their webpage to see if the vehicle was still available. They promptly answered my query indicating it was available and asked if I would like to schedule a visit to see the Explorer. After work I drove to the dealership and met Jeremy Criscione. He showed me the vehicle, explained many of the features and then we went for a test drive. The vehicle was better than I was expecting. This particular Pre-owned Explorer included options/features that I wasn't considering, but was glad were there. After the test drive, we discussed some of the number, including what they would they give me for my trade. The trade value was close to what I was expecting but the price was a little higher than I wanted. We negotiated a little bit and came to a number we all could agree to. As it was late in the day, I offered a down payment and said I would return in the morning to wrap up the sale. The next morning I met with Jeremy again and he introduced me to Ryan Shapiro who would handle the money and warranty side of the purchase. Ryan was very patient with me when we first started going over the numbers as I had mistakenly come to a certain number in my head but we got through it. He went over not only the purchasing of the vehicle but also found a good warranty to fit my needs and driving habits. He also helped to set me up with my first two maintenance's for the oil change and tire rotation. Overall the entire experience was pleasant - one of the best vehicle purchasing experiences I have had. More

Return for additional prep work. I had to return my new ford transit to the dealer for additional prep work using my gas and my time for the removal of the bar code stickers off of th I had to return my new ford transit to the dealer for additional prep work using my gas and my time for the removal of the bar code stickers off of the roof and to have the 3M decals removed from the back rear tinted window . I also removed the clear film from the tire rims where the word FORD is mounted. The floor mats that I purchased were still in the box and were not installed until requested that that do so. This should have been taken care of before I picked up my new transit. The Bozard Service area has VERY POOR QUALITY CONTROL on new vehicle detail and prep. I received no compensation for my time just an I am sorry about that form the Sales Manager Patrick Robinson. This has been a very unhappy experience with Bozard Ford. I have my doubts about purchasing another vehicle from this dealership again. More
