After he explained that I had a 100.00 deductible to check out the rear window defrost I decided it wasn't worth the trouble. The truck only has 32K miles on it. I told Alex not to address the rear window issue and complete the Works Check-up. I leave the facility and come back at 11:30a.m.. I spoke with Alex and he said they just pulled it in for servicing. I received my invoice at 1:10 pm. If I have an appointment at 9:45 I expect my vehicle to be pulled in the shop shortly after. My time is very valuable to me and I am extremely upset with the lack of urgency your team place on a normal oil change. However, I will say this, I have always taken this vehicle that I bought from you to your quicklane service and I have also received CAi from your shop. I didn't have any issue then. Also, The battery tested fine on my report. The time prior to this visit a service advisor recommended a new 202.00 battery. The explanation for the difference was it was a different battery tester. I almost bought a battery because it was recommended, but this visit said it was fine. Shame on your people for trying to get 200.00 from me when I didn't need a new battery. More

Could not be happier!! I give Bozard Ford 5 stars because their team is amazing. Ryan provided great customer service and his patience is out of this world. He worked his tail off to get me into the car I wanted and he continues to go above and beyond after the sale. He stated if I had any problems or concerns that I could reach out to him and he wasn't lying. He's great at getting back to me even with his busy schedule. Eric in finance was great and his calm personality is very inviting. He explained everything in detail and didn't leave anything out. There was another guy I spoke with and I feel so bad that I forgot his name, but they all worked together in getting me financed with no money down and negative equity. I highly recommend Bozard Ford because they strive to please their customers. For anyone who is looking for the best salesman that will work hard for them I definitely recommend you call Ryan. very bad service manager was nice and helpful but the work they did on my truck was the worst I have ever had done. I left the dealer stop to get gas and ope service manager was nice and helpful but the work they did on my truck was the worst I have ever had done. I left the dealer stop to get gas and open the hood to look at engine they work that was done. checked the oil they said changed it was 8 qts to much in my engine and filter was not changed but loose and driping oil on the ground. no water in reservoir bolts fell out of valve cover found new spark plug tube gasket under hood spark plug tube is leaking oil out of tube. had valve job done their. I will never take anything back to that dealer ship and they lied to me like all dealerships do. More
