Excellent, no pressure service! My husband was in the market for a new truck but not ready to buy yet. We met with Luis and right off the bat they hit it off. Luis walked up and put my husband at ease, no pressure just asked him questions about what he was looking for in a new truck and steered him in the right direction. He was offered a Expedition to take home for a few days and see how it feels before he made any decisions. We had not been offered this option with any other dealerships we went to. This is what sold him on Bozart and the truck! Like I said, he wasn't ready but in just a few days he was the proud owner of the Expedition. He loves the new ride. The service department was so helpful in all areas including the finance department. We will recommend Luis to any of our friends looking for a new car! More

Easiest buying experience We've been shopping online for a new truck,went to Bozard Ford because of all the trucks they had listed. Luis Crespo greeted us when we arrived. He took us to rows and rows of trucks, we picked the one we wanted to test drive and off we went. We left without the truck because we wanted to think on it. Two days later called Luis said we were coming back found a truck a little different and we bought it. The buying experience was easy and fast, we were offered home baked cookies, popcorn, waters, while we waited for our truck to be cleaned and we were out the door! Best ever! We would highly recommend this dealership and MOST especially Luis Crespo! More

Amazing car buying experience at Bozard. I contacted Bozard through autotrader about a CR-V they had and was quickly met with an email from John. I was able to text back and forth with him an I contacted Bozard through autotrader about a CR-V they had and was quickly met with an email from John. I was able to text back and forth with him and set up a test drive for later that afternoon after I had gotten off work. When me and my wife arrived later that evening he had the car all ready to go with a full tank of gas. We had a pleasant drive and initial discussion about purchasing the car, at no time did we feel like we were being pressured to make a decision even as it was approaching closing time. Working on the price was painless and he did not pressure us to add on any unnecessary extras to our purchase. John and a few others even stayed at the dealership well past closing time to help us finalize the deal. As a side bonus, while the paper work was being generated John kept us very entertained and comfortable. If we need another car anytime soon I know where I will be going to buy it! More
