Pleasant Surprise After looking at dealerships in my area (Clay, Duval) and being disappointed with the pricing, I recalled a friend had said he had purchase a vehicle After looking at dealerships in my area (Clay, Duval) and being disappointed with the pricing, I recalled a friend had said he had purchase a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln in St. Augustine and was very happy with his purchase. After going on Bozard's website, I was impressed with the offers on their Lincoln MKX's. I left an inquiry on their website and was contacted in the morning by Lee Brewer. Right away he checked on the availability of the vehicles I was interested in. By lunch I met with Lee and test drove an MKX and later in the day I drove home with my new MKX. With Bozard's discounts and rebates I was very happy with our transaction and will gladly recommend Bozard Ford Lincoln. The atmosphere at Bozard is friendly, no pressure and down to earth. A great car buying experience I found the 2016 Explorer I was searching for online. I contacted the dealership in order to make sure it was indeed available as I live about 90 mil I found the 2016 Explorer I was searching for online. I contacted the dealership in order to make sure it was indeed available as I live about 90 miles away. After learning it was available I made an appointment for the following day with Lee Brewer. He had the car ready and after a test drive we negotiated the value of my trade and the purchase price for the Explorer. Johnny Mott was also helpful in the negotiations. I purchased the car and after some time with Erik Shipley to wrap up financing and expanded coverage I was on my way. A very pleasurable experience overall. More

While i was there i purchased a crossbar set for luggage rack for my 2013 Explorer. An attempt to install the next day failed as nothing was matching per directions. I called Jason in parts and he in turn contacted their supplier as the part # matched my vehicle. It was determined that his catalog only listed the one part# but the rack was changed in mid year 2013 and an earlier part # was available. It would be ready for me the next day. While i was en-route to Bozard the next morning, my wife received a courtesy call from Alia checking on our satisfaction of service. When i arrived, Jason not only had my correct part at the desk he also had a thank you card with handwritten note from Alia apologizing for my inconvenience and included a gas gift card. This was unexpected and made me think these people are really trying hard to earn their #1 satisfaction rating. Congratulations on jobs on all counts well done! More

We were amazed by the beauty and overwhelming technical features of this vehicle. And its comfort features, the awesome extended moon roof, sound system, etc.. I was surprised by it's responsive handling and power. Not to mention the good mileage achieved by the powerhouse twin turbo 6 cylinder engine - at its use of 87 octane fuel. A great driving experience! Upon returning the vehicle, the lady receiving it (I am sorry I forgot her name) was also very pleasant. She introduced us to a gentleman who I believe was involved with maintenance. We enjoyed a discussion with him as well; about the Continental's specifications, heritage, the various other Lincoln's attributes, their service and various options. Very informative, and enjoyable. Dinner was equally awesome. Greeted warmly, table set for a romantic dinner for two. The waitress cordially addressed the dinner we were about to enjoy, the pairings, food descriptions, (even led us through the type of beef prepared & served). Nicely paced from appetizers through desert and coffee. A truly memorable evening, Thank you all so much. More
