Bozard Ford has customer service to the max I was about 250 miles from my home and stopped into Bozard to look at the 2017 Ford F150's while on a business trip to Jacksonville. My sales man, david Siekeirski was customer service at its finest. I was upfront that I was not from the local area but I was treated as if I lived around the corner. I ended up purchasing the truck I test drove and Bozard delivered it to me included in the original price I was quoted. Their pricing was more than fair and everyone I spoke with or emailed was only concerned about me and my experience. I worked with RIck Garcia also and his service was equal to David's. I did attemp to purchase a similiar truck in my local area but Bozard out serviced all the other Ford dealerships I contacted. I never felt pushed but any question I had was answered promply. I enjoyed my experience with them and look forward to more deals with them. More
