Great Buying Experience I completed my purchase today which ended about a 6-week period of looking for a new vehicle. I worked with Luis Crespo. I've purchased many vehicles in my life and Luis is top-notch! Never any pressure. I started out looking at a used truck (didn't think new was for me). He obliged during our first visit, but also said folks sometimes find a new vehicle (given incentives), winds up being a better deal for them. Luis was up front with me every step of the way. No BS and I mean that. I made an offer on a used vehicle which the sales manager didn't accept. He and Luis discussed it with me and showed me where they got their number. All good by me but we were still off. I told them my number for the vehicle and stuck with it. They did counter and got close, but my number was my number :-) I continued to peruse their inventory (I was also looking in Jacksonville.). On my next trip down I looked at a leftover 2016s. Luis did a very good job of showing me the kinds of incentives on the those & new inventory. I ultimately set my sights on a 2017 model. Luis allowed me to take it home on approval (Jacksonville). I want to mention here (again?) he never pushed this, or any vehicle on me, It was always, "How do you like this truck?" He was concerned with me being happy with the purchase. So now I have a 2017 F-150 XLT and feel good about the "value". Can't afford all the bells and whistle, but I like the thought of the vehicle's miles being "my" miles. The only bad thing is we do have to pay for them ;-) Bozard was a fun environment. I even played a little ping-pong. Luis is tops and I give him my highest recommendation. More

From start to finish the negotiation process was seamless and took much less time and hassle than I'm accustomed to when visiting a dealership. There were no pressure tactics and very little back and forth bargaining before a deal was made. The whole sales and finance teams main objective was get me my best price. There was a slight misunderstanding after the final contact was signed and I brought it to there attention. I went back in and they tore up the original contact and wrote a whole new one!!! If your looking for a vehicle stop here first, you just might not need to go any where else. More

Excellent Service Tanya Tomanek went above and beyond to give us great, friendly service. We arrived in time for an appointment to pick up a Datenight Lincoln. We were offered water immediately by friendly greeters. They let Tanya know we were there and she came out to meet us again offering us water. This time I accepted and she gave me a Bozart koozie to keep the water cold. The program was explained and our car was ready. After completing the paperwork we went to see the car and features were reviewed. Our restaurant was programmed in the GPS and off we went to a beautiful meal and great service again. The we drove the car home and around town the next day, returning it to the dealership. This time we got out car back beautifully cleaned and got some local chocolates too. Bozart was getting ready for a party they have monthly for new owners. They made you feel like customers were very important and you are treated well if you are there. More

I did some research and came back a few days later ready to buy. Board had the best deal and most options available. I then thought i would self finance thru my own bank as i am very particular on who runs my credit. I spoke with Jesse the manager who assured me they will only pull my credit with one vender and got me a rate of 2.19%. I then stopped by to buy and they had my truck washed and ready and I was out the door in 30min. The purchase process was equally amazing: A different Ryan sat down with me and showed me some options, gap insurance etc. I told him i never buy these add ons. He was very polite and i felt like he was looking out for my best interest rater then selling me. Great team at Bozard, Great experience. More
