She was courteous over the phone when we booked the date night. She then followed through with an email reminder of the date. She had the car we asked for prepped to go after instructing us on its many unique features. We've owned Lincolns in the past, but not one since the modern era of computers in the dashboard. We loved the ride in the vehicle. The added surprise came with the dealership cleaning our personal vehicle while we were driving theirs. The best of our date night came when we dined at Michael's Tasting Room. What a fabulous treat. The restaurant catered to our particular dietary requests with an extraordinary culinary delight. We had a fancy codfish entree and a fabulous dessert called Tres Leches. We returned that night feeling extra special because of our date night with Bozard Ford. More

The Best Service Department!!! I have to say if you are not bringing your Ford into Bozard for service, you are doing yourself a great injustice. I came back to the service departme I have to say if you are not bringing your Ford into Bozard for service, you are doing yourself a great injustice. I came back to the service department as I recently purchased 4 michelin tires. I did not find the ride as smooth as the Michelins that were taken off the car. I contacted Greg Brown and he suggested I bring the car back to further evaluate my issue with the ride. Greg contacted Michelin and received authorization from Michelin to install a new tire in place of one that was indexed on my wheel and was questionable regarding the "number rating" which resulted from the road force balance. Greg is the best Service Manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with in the past 40 years. He is the most patient and understanding manager I have ever met. The interest he takes in your vehicle is what sets Greg apart from all the other service advisors in any other dealership. I have to say it is worth buying a Ford at Bozard just so you can meet this gentleman!! Greg, I take my hat off to you!!!!! More

When it was finish Marsha waited for a short time to give me a little sleep then called and left a message. The work was finished and it looked really clean and nice. They are all good people and easy to work with. This explorer is not the first auto nor will it be the last one I buy from Bozard ford Lincoln. Bozard Lincoln date night! I heard about Bozard Lincoln date night at a charity golf tournament fundraiser. Tanya Tomanek called me allowed me to pick my Lincoln and she set up I heard about Bozard Lincoln date night at a charity golf tournament fundraiser. Tanya Tomanek called me allowed me to pick my Lincoln and she set up our dinner reservation. We showed up, she greeted us promptly, told us about the Lincoln Navigator we were going to be driving and off we went. Tanya had my truck washed while we had the Navigator. Everything went smooth and I now know of a great deealrrship that understands customer service when I am ready to buy. More
