But Bozard being a nearly 5-star dealership is very well-deserved AND accurate. My leasing circumstance was probably more than a bit different than the average customer in the fact that I conducted the majority of the "deal" virtually, via the internet, text & email due to me being out of town. Ironically enough I conducted the exact same virtual leasing process through another dealership -- with whom I have a decade long relationship with-- for my parents only a few weeks prior. The experiences could NOT have been more different. At Bozard, Lee (Internet Sales Manager) was exceptionally prompt in his responses, knowledgeable, & made the entire process truly effortless. When it was time to pick the vehicle up, I was setup with a VIP appointment which again, made what is normally quite daunting, absolutely seamless. Once he & I went through the initial paperwork -- which was already prepared before my arrival -- I was introduced to Ryan (Finance Manager) who was also absolutely fantastic... in his personality, his level of service, and what he managed to build into the deal. The icing on the cake? What was already an incredible deal, and an incredible experience was made even better by Lee arranging for us to have an aftermarket accessory installed at a later date with car detailing, dinner & short-term rental all packaged together as part of the perk. Honestly, what else could a person ask for??!! I say this with the utmost sincerity, this dealership CARES -- yes, with a capital "C". The experience was so memorable (in the best way possible) I will go out of my way to deal with Bozard again, regardless of where I reside in this nation of ours. More

Mr. Douglas was extremely helpful, understood my view of the issue, and was able to have my car fixed without any out-of-pocket cost to me. In addition Mr. Douglas arranged for me to have a car for the day so I would not lose time from work which was an added plus. It was nice to know Bozard pays attention to customer reviews and concerns and go out of their way to resolve them quickly. More

The dealerships I visited were 'pushy' and I just got an overall bad taste in my mouth on the entire process. All of that changed when pulling into Bozard Ford. "Cowboy" greeted my fiance and I as we pulled into the parking lot and immediately began showing us the vehicles we came to see. After driving the one I had my heart set on it was time to walk in and talk numbers. Previously other dealerships had advertised pricing that they couldn't even get close to but Bozard was different, they were true to their pricing and really made you feel secure in the offers discussed. It didn't take long to come to an agreement and purchase the perfect car for me! I would HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Bozard Ford! The salespeople (especially "Cowboy"!) and managers are so polite and friendly and really show you that they want to help you get the best deal around. I know I won't think twice about where to go for my next car and I know who I'll be recommending to all of my friends and family in the future. More
