New Explorer purchase I arrived at the dealership expecting to be shadowed by a sales person and pressured to purchase. This was not the case! Buddy Price approached me af I arrived at the dealership expecting to be shadowed by a sales person and pressured to purchase. This was not the case! Buddy Price approached me after I had plenty of time to walk the car lot and review my options. He kindly asked if he could assist me. I told him I was still trying to make up my mind and needed to test drive a Explorer. He got me the keys and said here you go. I returned and said I need to think on my options. He handed me his card and said I would be happy to assist you once you make up your decision. That was it! NO pressure, very simple and professional. I left the dealership, test drove another vehicle at another dealership and was not happy. I called Mr Price the next day and we were able to decide on a Price that was fair and I purchased the Explorer!! Best car buying experience I have ever had! Mr Price was not only professional,but respectful of my time, but also knew I needed to do it my way!!! Thank you Buddy! Patrick Robertson assisted with the pricing and worked with me to get me a Price that I could deal with. Thank you Patrick! More

Really Frustrating Experience Set an appt to have car looked at, since the check engine light was staying on. I had already been to the Quick Lane, but the problem was not resolve Set an appt to have car looked at, since the check engine light was staying on. I had already been to the Quick Lane, but the problem was not resolved. When i arrived, i was told it would be several hours-which was not explained to me when i made the appt. I was leaving town the next day, so i brought the car and left it at the dealer for the week (left it on Saturday, to be looked at Monday) I received a message on Tuesday that the issue was a sensor and that the car was repaired, would be washed, and that the key and receipt would be left in the locked car for me to pick up on Sunday (11/27). When i arrived on 11/27, the car was unlocked, no key, not washed, and the engine light still on. Needless to say, having left it for a week, and gotten confirmation that it was fixed, i was extremely disappointed. luckily i had another set of keys with me, but i felt extremely uncomfortable that the car wasn't even locked. I now have to make time to pick up my keys, find another time to bring the car in, and frankly, have never had an experience like this with previous dealerships. I'm hoping that this feedback is taken seriously, given that this is my first experience with the dealership and certainly hope it will not be repeated. More
