She's so sweet, smiling, and very knowledgeable with her position. She makes my experience a 10+ and always gives me a hug good-bye. A pleasurable truck buying experience. I worked with Jeremy Criscione and Patrick Robertson on the purchase and Erik Shipley on the financing. The purchase experience was fair and honest. I feel I got a fair deal on my trade and a good deal on the purchase of the new vehicle. There was a little hiccup with finding the second key, but once it was found, it was overnighted to me and all is good. There was one small issue with the financing that I wasn't aware of until I reviewed my paperwork after I got home. When we were talking about the financing, I was told that I was going to be getting the 30000 mile maintenance plan. I thought this was going to be included in the purchase price of the vehicle. A sort of "free-be" if you will. Due to my own ignorance, I didn't realize, in the excitement of purchasing the new truck, that I signed the paperwork authorizing the "purchase" of the maintenance plan. In hind sight, its not a big deal because I probably would have purchased it anyway. I just miss understood during the negotiation process. I have no one but myself to blame seeing I signed the agreement during the financing process. This small issue has not in any way deterred me from giving my experience a 5 star rating. I had bought my last 2 F-150's from Duval Ford and gave them the first opportunity but the deal I received at Bozard was better even if it was a 45 minute drive from where I live. When I need service or plan to purchase a new Ford, I will shop Bozard Ford first. So far, the new F-150 has exceeded all my expectations. More
