Bozard Ford "Unprecedented" I recently was looking for a new or newer vehicle that would handle the workload of day to day driving of kids back and forth to school, to work, and I recently was looking for a new or newer vehicle that would handle the workload of day to day driving of kids back and forth to school, to work, and vacations as well. I have three kids so i needed something with 3rd row seating but was not big and bulky but was good on gas mileage. I searched high and low for that one vehicle that would fit my familys needs as well as my own. When I say I looked high and low I searched from Tampa to Orlando and beyond and online as well. I had already purchased two vehicles from Bozard Ford but really did not want to make that drive again but I could not find anything close to me. So I called Mr. Mike Mitchell of Bozard and told him what i was wanting and looking for. Without hesitation, He went straight to work to find me the vehicle of my dreams. Within a week or so he gave me a call back with a couple of choices so it was off to St. Augustine once again. When we walked through the doors of Bozard Ford Mr. Mitchell greeted us with a smile and asked how we were and if we were ready to get to work we test drove a couple different vehicles and fell in love with the 2013 Mazda CX-9. It was just what we were looking for sporty and classy yet not big and bulky with everything that we were looking for and more. So we got to work on it. The price and warranty they offered was just simply irresistible and could not be passed up. We came home with it! Let me just say one thing we have tried many other dealers and Bozard Ford blows the competition out of the water, with that being said their sales people such as Mike Mitchell as well as the finance manager, J.C. Cassata. These people were very delightful to work with and they both made another buying experience for my family amazing. So thanks once again Mr. Mitchell, J.C. First off we bought our first Bozard Ford from Lee Brewer and couldn't of had a more relaxed experience. Unfortunately when we came in (we are from out of town) Lee wasn't there so we dealt with Zach Hewitt. He was a very easy going and knowledgeable salesman. Lee showed up later and was a great advocate for us as repeat customers. We decided to ask about some numbers and John Mott helped explain everything in detail and was very reasonable with our counter offer. When it was time to wrap up the sale we were lucky enough to have Ryan Shapiro again for our financing. He is one of our favorite people there, extremely organized man. When it was all said and done got my truck from the service department. Have dealt with them a few times and Colby Clarke is one of the most thorough, hard working guys. You'll never believe! I have been a customer with Bozard Ford since 2000. We have purchased close to 10 vehicles from Bozard and have always been happy. I had the absolute Pleasure of dealing with Mike Mitchell. Mike is a fantastic guy and a great sales man. My mother helped me co-sign on my 2016 F-150 since I am only 18yro, and haven't established very much credit. To give you a little back story my mother is a 25 year Law Enforcement Retiree and has servered 20+ years in the United States Air Force, She is still currently serving and is leaving on orders for an extended time soon. I have never seen a salesman have as much respect for my mother as I have with Mike the past few days. I had quoted out other brands and they could not compare to what Bozard Ford's Mike Mitchell and the entire finance department offered.
