More than just a customer Me and my wife where in the market to purchase an F150 and just happen to stop in at Bozard to look at their used inventory, as others had recommened Me and my wife where in the market to purchase an F150 and just happen to stop in at Bozard to look at their used inventory, as others had recommened the dealership. In that process, we felt very welcomed by Mike Mitchell as he never made us feel pressured in buying anything but what we desired, with our budget in mind. He took extra time to show and explain all the trucks currently instock with no hassle to test drive anyone we wanted. There were very nice trucks there, but lacked a color we wanted. Mike took our info and said he would be able to find us a truck, just to give him time. Within 2 weeks Mike called us with a truck that had just been traded, although the truck was a couple of years older and a few extra miles than what we wanted, I came and looked at the truck. All I have to say is we bought the truck, spent $10K less than our budget and love the truck. The truck never even got listed before Mike thought to call and ask if we'd be interested. Thank you Mike Mitchell/Bozard Ford for blessing me and my family with such a great experience purchasing a vehicle! More

Its now been nearly two weeks and still no updates, instead I leave messages and get calls stating not sure why but they'll let us know. Believe in the notion to "under promise and over deliver" versus "over promise and under deliver". Not end of the world but don't tell us 3-5 days if you can't achieve that promise. More
