Fixed the headliner The headliner in my truck was coming down, I called Bozard service department, they told me to come in and they'll look at it. From the time I called to bring my car in as a tow; I had received updates on when my car arrived, what the problem was, how long to expect my car back given my 2 options of having the gear shaft line expressed order or not, and the total cost to get my car repaired, given the option to drop off my rental car key to be taken back to Enterprise, and all done with not just a smile on their faces but with chirpy and excitement of pleasure to do business with.
