After providing documentaion of the Carmax offer, he refused to match and still came in $1200 short. So instead of 1 stop shopping, i had to go to Carmax to trade in my vehicle; just a lot of wasted time and energy.............. More

Fantastic!!! The staff at Bozard Ford was amazing!! I was in the market for an F-150 for about 3 months. I had done all my research and knew the exact make and mod The staff at Bozard Ford was amazing!! I was in the market for an F-150 for about 3 months. I had done all my research and knew the exact make and model truck I was looking for. I had had received quotes from several dealerships and all were in about the same price range. I was a little upside down in my current vehicle and nobody seemed to be able to work with me. I was told by a friend to visit Bozard, so I went and browsed the lot for a while. In doing so I went on their website and found the truck I was looking for ( by the way LARGE INVENTORY!) I walked inside and was greeted by Luis Crespo! Luis was awesome! Never at all was he pushy! I showed him the truck I was looking for, explained my situation, and they let me take the truck home to show the wife. We came back the next day and made the deal! Luis and the sales manager George worked with us to get the truck we were looking for for thousands cheaper than anywhere else! And the Finance manager Erick was great too!!! All the employees are very laid back and really care about customer service! Thank you Bozard Ford and company!!! FYI.. I live in Middleburg and drove over an hour to our new truck! Worth the drive!! The staff were the most informed about their product that I have ever encountered and their happy attitude showed that they truly enjoyed their job. Of course they are there to sell cars but I also felt they wanted me to be pleased and confident with my decision. Carlos seemed to know exactly what I was looking for and when it came to signing all the paperwork Rick was extremely helpful with explaining all the fine points of the extended warranties that are available on a pre-owned vehicle. Because of his help and advice I elected to extend the bumper to bumper warranty. This makes for a really stress less driving experience.
