I feel confident we won't have arepeat experience. We know know who to work with and who to avoid. Greeted quickly. We picked out the car we wanted within 30 minutes, another 4 hours later and we were finally able to leave with the car after the place had closed. Received an extreme amount of pressure from finance guy to buy add-ons even after repeatedly telling him we weren't interested. He was unpleasant and we received full on pressure. We got more of a pressure sales pitch from the finance guy than the car salesman. Later, the Finance Manager was very apologetic and tried to worked things out. However you can't undo a bad experience. Taking 4 hours for financing is just poor customer service. So as it turns out upon reviewing all the paperwork (that we weren't given time to review before we signed and told it was unnecessary and even gave me a hard time for wanting to) ...... the add-ons are the issue. He insinuated that he had lowered the cost of the warranty and service package. He only extended the loan from 60 months to 77 months. Even though I told him many times I wanted to know what the prices where, he refused to give them to me. He kept sidetracking us. He knew I was in pain (just had back surgery a couple of weeks prior and tired). We were told by the salesman that they were waiving the $699 dealer fee as an incentive but we were charged for that anyway. It's now labeled as "Other Aftermarket". We still haven't received an explanation what that charge was for. Clearly we were taken! The car salesman was very nice but inexperienced. We were told he should have gone over the car but it was so late he only showed us a couple of things. He also didn't tell us that we could get the car washed for free. We were never told the Quick service was were we where to go for routine service. What else didn't he tell us?!?!? Do we have to find out everything on our own? The excuse that he is new is a very poor excuse! He should have been trained better than that. He had several hours to make sure we were told everything. He kept going back and forth to the sales manager enough times during our conversations. Clearly the sales manager didn't do his job. So far service has been ok. Another issue....we got window tinting installed and one window has a bubble. More time wasted to get that fixed next week. So far we haven't experienced the positive side of the dealership. We will not buy from them again. If you do, make sure you get the figures the salesman quotes you in writing and make sure you don't work with Rick Garcia in finance. We were shafted, no doubt about that!!!!! And yes I did request to speak to the general manager and was assured that he would call me after his lunch break. He never called. Only the finance manager did. Seems the general manager should know what we went through. If this is the way they do business we will certainly never do business with them again. Once they fix the window tint, we will be taking our car to another dealership for service as well. Each person we spoke to spoke very negatively about the other Ford dealerships in the area. From what we experience, the other dealerships can only be better. It will be interesting to see if the dealership allows this post on their site. I bet they don't. I've only seen good reviews. Something strange there! More
Third Generation Customer I had been giving serious thought about buying a newer, larger vehicle than the one I had been in for the last two and a half years (also purchased fr I had been giving serious thought about buying a newer, larger vehicle than the one I had been in for the last two and a half years (also purchased from Bozard as was the one before that and so on going back to three generations in my family). My wife contacted Pat and he had us come out to look at a couple of options. Nothing really worked that first day but he promised to keep an eye out for something that met my requirements, A few days later, and after the birth of a second child two weeks previously, my wife and I decided that we needed to upgrade her vehicle to something with more space as well. I found a gorgeous Ford Edge online and contacted Pat to see if we could come take a look. We did, she fell in love with it at first sight, and we went inside to run some numbers. While Pat and the team were taking care of some details to ensure she could ride away in the Edge, I happened to look online and found a pristine Jeep Grand Cherokee. Long story short, my wife and I both drove away in our new vehicles a couple hours later. It's been four days now and we are both absolutely positive that they are the best vehicles that either of us have ever owned and that this was without a doubt the absolute best car-buying experience that we have ever had. Patrick was so accommodating that he stayed late while we got the financing in order and even played table tennis with our eight year old son while A.J. did his thing. For the record, Mr. A.J. Miller is a financing wizard. This is the second interaction that I've enjoyed with him and I cannot praise his effort, professionalism, and know-how enough. He made a typically stressful part of the process completely painless. I cannot recommend Patrick and A.J. enough, and do so without reservation. While we did not deal with him directly, Tom Reinard was the man behind the curtain, so to speak, and he ultimately made the deals happen, and he did so quickly. He ran numbers and gave us options that we would not have considered otherwise. While we both went with our initial choices, his efforts were greatly appreciated. More

He is truly an asset to your dealership and I will be recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a new or used car. More

They listened to what I wanted and immediately brought up the perfect truck. Eric went way out of his way to find the best financing. I went from 22% interest rate on a 2011 with 83,000 miles on it to a new F150 Quad cab. My payment stayed real close to what I was paying . And I am only paying only 6.5% and it only extended my payment by 12 months. I live near Daytona Beach but it was really worth the trip. More
