Fast response and thorough, professional work I own a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that I purchased new at another dealer. I brought the car to Bozard for an oil change and a maintenance check on the right f I own a 2011 Lincoln MKZ that I purchased new at another dealer. I brought the car to Bozard for an oil change and a maintenance check on the right front for an intermittent noise. While the noise was minor, I wanted to insure the car was safe. Bozard informed me that the right front shock needed to be replaced. I agreed and had the work done; however, the noise came back. When I contacted Bozard about the noise, they took immediate action and had me bring the car back. They replaced a control arm (an expensive repair) at no cost to me.. Their service was timely and professional. Their attitude was highly professional, from the service manager on down. Some dealers would have tried to make excuses for the noise and tried to charge me, but Bozard stands behind their work - 100%. I will use Bozard exclusively for all of my service. More
Purchased two vehicles from Bozard Ford-Lincoln I was looking for another Mustang, I had traded my 2011 Mustang in a couple of years ago for a Tundra Platinum pickup truck and had been missing the s I was looking for another Mustang, I had traded my 2011 Mustang in a couple of years ago for a Tundra Platinum pickup truck and had been missing the sports car in my life. I had never previously done business with Bozard Ford-Lincoln however after doing some inventory research at ford.com they had the model with the options I was looking for in stock. Luis met me at the door, he was very nice, not pushy at all, just listened to what I wanted to accomplish. He was handed a pretty good deal because I knew going in exactly what my plan was and I had already done research on the vehicles I was interested in. I told him that I wanted to look at a particular 2016 Mustang GT they had on the lot and that I also needed to have some sort of 4-door truck for the occasional hardware store run and when I needed to take more than one person in the car with me. The only requirement was that it was black, nice enough to take people to dinner in and we needed to keep both cars within the same price range as my Tundra I was trading in. While I was test driving the Mustang Luis went through their used inventory of trucks, the one I had seen online had already been sold so he brought out a 2013 Dodge Durango Crew Edition. I had been planning to purchase another pickup truck however this truck was very nice and clean, extremely spacious, had all the bells and whistles that my Tundra had and the price for both vehicles were well within the budget I had set. I worked with Ryan Shapiro on the financing, also a very pleasant man and apparently as big of a car nut as me. Ryan was very experienced and easy to work with, as is his job, he showed me several options for various maintenance packages, extended warranties, etc. but didn't push anything. I have purchased cars where it took 4 to 6 hours just to get all of the paperwork done on one car, we had both cars financed and all paperwork completed in just over an hour I think. While that was taking place Luis had taken both vehicles to the gas station for a fill up and was having them detailed. He also very kindly offered to drive one of the vehicles home with me so I could get them both at once. Overall a very nice experience, everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and helpful, they have an extensive inventory of new and used vehicles. I would definitely do business with them again. Brokendown vacation The pre-owned automobile I owned which was a 2013 Ford focus SE, had a major problem while I and my friend Lisa were on a mini vacation in St. Augusti The pre-owned automobile I owned which was a 2013 Ford focus SE, had a major problem while I and my friend Lisa were on a mini vacation in St. Augustine. We were advised to have the vehicle taken to the Ford dealership by the Firestone service center. This was because of a electronic issue with my vehicle. After waiting about 90 minutes the person who checked over my vehicle stated that I was still under warrantee by Ford, however I may have to wait 3 weeks to 3 months for a brand new part for my automobile. Well, you see I am disable and I need hand controls to operate a vehicle. Lisa, could have drove me home in a rental but it didn't have hand controls. The vehicle would have been stranded in my Mom's driveway. I had no choice but to buy a new automobile. Bryan Wilson assisted me with my purchased. Unfortunately for myself I was so stress out that I never really got a chance to look at the vehicle except at a distance. Everything was done at a fast pace, I ended up obtaining a 2016 Ford Focus SE. Bryan, enjoyed giving me a hard time because I am originally from New England. not very professional. I hoping I never have to deal with this type of situation again. The Bozard staff were very nice and helpful. More
