Warranty claim and various recalls Bought one of the long awaited Focus RS over the summer and after 14,xxx miles, there were issues developing in the engine. Turned out to be a manufacture defect in the headgasket. I handed my car off to Colby Clarke (via a flatbed) and a little over a month later, there was a completely brand new engine and the quirky recalls were taken care of. Being without a vehicle for a month, he was able to source me authorization for a rental in the interim. I got the car back better than new. I walked into the service center, was handed my paperwork, keys, and a smile. So very painless and ever so thankful. More
